Non-Immigrant Visas

O-1 – Extraordinary Ability Visa

Immigrant Visas (Permanent Residency / Green Card)
Immigrant visas provide lawful permanent residence in the United States and, over time, eligibility for U.S. citizenship.
EB-1 – Priority Workers
For individuals with extraordinary ability, outstanding professors or researchers, and multinational executives or managers. These classifications do not require employer sponsorship and may be self-petitioned, where permitted.
EB-2 National Interest Waiver
For advanced-degree professionals or individuals of exceptional ability whose proposed work has substantial merit and national importance. This category allows applicants to self-petition without employer sponsorship or labor certification when waiving those requirements benefits the United States.
EB-2 – Advanced Degree & Exceptional Ability
For professionals holding advanced degrees or individuals with exceptional ability. Includes the National Interest Waiver (NIW), which may waive employer sponsorship if the work benefits the U.S. national interest.
EB-3 – Skilled & Professional Workers
